A contract exists between us, when we have confirmed tour of your choice and we have received your signed booking form and deposits or by accessing or using www.newglobaldestination.com in any manner, it is considered that you have expressly agreed and consented to be bound by the agreement as if you have signed the agreement. All the relevant section must be correctly and fully completed. This confirms that you and other people on the tour accept our booking terms and condition and are entering into the contract.
Upon completion of the booking with us a deposit of 25% of the tour cost per person, be paid to the company.
For the services contracted, 25% advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis. We hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as an advance payment, based on the nature of services and the time left for the commencement of the services. Apart from the above in some cases like special train journeys, hotel or resort bookings during the peak season full payment is required to be sent in advance.
In case any customer is booking a hotel or any other online services via a credit/debit/gift card which is not directly in the name of the person availing these services - www.newglobaldestination.com reserves the right to hold/cancel the said service till the time proper verification is provided. In case you are booking using someone else credit/debit/gift card - you are requested to send us a copy of the card used (at the following email id: firstname.lastname@example.org) a photo identification card of the person in whose name the card is, as well as the person in whose name the services are being provided and an authority letter from the said credit/debit/gift card holder.
There may be a full cancellation penalty on the products or services booked and purchased, which cancelled after the cancellation timeline mentioned in the terms and conditions, while making the purchase.
If you or any member of your party wishes to cancel your holiday, you must notify us in writing, in any case the date of cancellation will be at the date on which notice is received by New Global Destination as this incurs administrative cost and retention charges by hotel, the cancellation charges will apply on the following scale:
For the hotels it may take between 10-15 working days for the amount to get credited into your account. Refund policies may vary for every product and service.
1. Date of booking to 30 days before check-in the cancellation charges will be 25% of the package cost.
2. 30 to 15 days before check-in the cancellation charges will be 50% of the package cost.
3. 15 to 7 days before check-in the cancellation charges will be 75% of the package cost.
4. Less than 7 days before check-in Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
5. No show Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given/ same is applicable in the scenario where cancellations are due to natural calamities.
Cancellation Policy is subject to change. In Peaks seasons, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation.
Please note that standard check-in / Checkout time as per hotel policy. Therefore cost of early check-in or Late check-out is not included in the tour cost. We can always make a request for early check-in or late checkout if required but we do not guarantee that, that entirely depend upon the policy of the hotel, time of the year and availability of the room.
Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalized. In case of events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary for safety and well being of our esteemed passengers.
The Company shall, in no circumstances whatsoever is liable to the client or any person travelling with him or her for: Any death, personal injury, sickness accidents, loss delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and / or damage or theft howsoever caused.
