Any Airfare, Train fare, Overland Journey which is not mentioned in the Itinerary.
Any Medical/rescue evacuation due to mishaps.
Any personal nature items like Laundry, bar bills, table bills, camera fee, tips or any other item.
Vehicle not at disposal at any of the islands.
Any extra excursion or sightseeing apart from suggested tour itinerary.
Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/ stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control
PAYMENT POLICY
· For the land arrangements, we would need 30% of the total package cost as token amount which you can pay in the given below account OR through our Payment Gateway via Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card (3.5% Gateway charges extra).
· For flights, Full Payment needs to be furnished through Net Banking or cash deposit as Airfare rates tend to fluctuate even many times.
· Remaining amount i.e. 70% of the total package cost needs to be paid day on arrival in Port Blair via Net Banking or cash.
· In case of urgent bookings, i.e. less than 15 Days to travel 50% of the total package cost will be required.
· Your Payment Invoice & Vouchers shall be delivered to you E-mail. Vouchers are normally provided 7 days after the booking date.
CANCELATION POLICY
· If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
· If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
· If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of Total Package Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
· In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases ,we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same.
· 100% cancelation would be charged from the total booking amount in case of last minute booking cancellation due to flight cancellation, any natural calamity, and change in flight schedule/ferry due to technical/weather and high tides and sea conditions.
· In case of Lockdown in Andaman due to Covid, will provide a credit note which a traveller can redeem within 1 year from the date of issuance of Credit Note. In such Sinario revised package will be provided as per the current applicable season and off season rate. Do check the final cost with the reservation team.
Accommodation in rooms as given at hotels in Port Blair—Havelock and Neil on Double or triple sharing basis.
